You can revoke the purchase contract within the framework of the statutory right of revocation up to 14 days after receipt of your goods and return the products received.

For the revocation in whole or in part, it is sufficient if you return the article (s) to me, stating the order number, within 14 days. You can find the withdrawal form here.

As soon as I have received the goods, I usually check them within a week. After your return has been checked, the invoice amount will be credited using the payment method selected when you placed your order.

The total time until the reimbursement is therefore the post and the one-week processing time.
