Hair: I always use alpaca wool to make my wigs. Other materials can be used on request and by arrangement. Alpaca wool has the advantage that the wig is very soft and supple. It can therefore be easily styled and colors can be realized well.
Wig cap: To fix the wig, I use a specially made elastic cap and connect it with latex. This means that the wigs sit firmly on the doll’s head and hold at the same time if the head is a bit larger or smaller.
Colors: Depending on your wishes, the wigs can be given one or more colors of your choice. We use permanent hair color for natural colors such as blonde, brown or black. We often use tints for unusual and bright colors. However, since the wigs should no longer be washed after production, tints are in no way inferior to normal colors.
If a certain size is not offered, then it is because I do not have a head available to make the wig you want.
However, you are welcome to send your doll head to me so that I can make an individual wig. Use my contact form for this.
To order a wig of your choice, you can either use the form here on the website or contact me on Instagram. We will then coordinate the wishes together and I will make a suggestion on how your wishes can be implemented. If you agree with this and the individual price, then I will start making your dream wig. I will also give you an approximate period of time when the wig of your choice will be dispatched and will be happy to keep you up to date on the progress. Please note that the production time may vary depending on the order situation and special requests.
Important instructions
When ordering, it should be noted that the colors displayed in the photos may be displayed slightly differently than they appear in reality due to the camera, the display, the exposure or the browser. Even when it comes to wigs, I do my best to implement your desired color exactly. However, there may also be slight deviations here, as the hair reacts differently to the color tones.

Yes, the hair can be individually styled and styled as you wish. However, care should be taken when using a straightening iron to avoid burning the hair like human hair. Self-styled wigs cannot be exchanged.
In theory, the hair can be washed if necessary. During manufacture, the hair is washed both before and after dyeing. However, washing them again can lead to color loss and is therefore not recommended. Caution is also advised that the hair is dry before putting it on in order to rule out discoloration.
Yes, the hair is firmly attached to the wig cap and is not loosened by water. This means that photos can also be taken outdoors in rain and snow. Nevertheless, to be on the safe side, I would like to point out that wet hair can lead to color loss or discoloration. Even if this is unlikely, caution should be exercised here.
Of course you can cut your hair, but it won’t grow back. Cut hair cannot be exchanged.

PayPal: PayPal is the easy way to pay with me. The payment is usually carried out immediately and arrives at me. To be able to use this payment service, a free registration with PayPal is required.
The invoice is either sent by email or is inside the package.
Return
I am very sorry for this at first. As far as my wigs are custom-made according to customer requirements, the right of return does not come into force. The wigs of your choice are made and cut especially for you as a customer. But I would like to solve the problem together with you. Please use my contact form for this.
As far as finished wigs or other purchased goods are concerned (custom-made products excluded), the goods can be returned within fourteen days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. The goods (if available) must be returned in the undamaged packaging and must not have any odors, residues or damage. In particular, wigs may not be styled or changed.
In the event of a return, the amount will be refunded if the goods have been checked by me. The return costs are to be borne by the buyer. The repayment takes place within 2 to 4 weeks after receipt of the goods. Returns can only be processed if the buyer provides the invoice or delivery note number. If this information is incomplete, the return is deemed not to have been received by the seller.
