1. Participation

a) Entitled to participate are persons of legal age residing in Germany. Madebyiloua employees and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation by means of electronic registration systems, so-called collection service providers and so-called throw-away e-mails or trash mails or fake accounts, will not be taken into account.

b) A person takes part in the competition by submitting a comment on the respective competition entry on the madebyiloua Instagram page during the participation period, marking two friends and following the madebyiloua Instagram page. Multiple participation is excluded. Participants who make inappropriate comments can be excluded from the competition or their contributions deleted. 

c) The closing date for the competition is 03.04.2022 at 23.59 hrs. German time. The electronically recorded receipt of the corresponding comment is used to check and meet deadlines.

2. Implementation and processing

a) The winners will be randomly selected by madebyiloua from among all participants who have met the conditions of participation during the participation period. The individual participant’s chance of winning depends largely on the total number of participants taking part in the competition.

b)  You can win the doll wig shown in the photos. The doll is not part of the competition.

c) The winners will be contacted with a private Instagram message. You will be notified within four weeks of the closing date for entries. In the case of an undeliverable notification of prizes, madebyiloua is not obliged to make further inquiries. If the winner does not respond within one week of sending the notification, the entitlement to the prize expires and a new winner is determined. Entitlement to the prize also lapses if the prize cannot be transmitted within one month of the first notification of the prize for reasons related to the person of the winner.

d) Non-cash prizes will be shipped by parcel service or post to the address to be provided by the winner without shipping charges or the like. The delivery of the prize will only be made to a valid address in the European Union.

e) A cash payment of the prizes is not possible.

f) The prize is not transferable.

g) By participating, the participant accepts the conditions of participation and declares that they have read the data protection information.

h) If people are shown on an uploaded photo, the participant assures that he is entitled to upload the photo both with regard to the photo itself and with regard to all persons shown in the photo. She/He guarantees that she/he is the author / manufacturer of this recording. In particular, he guarantees that he will observe all relevant rights of use and ancillary copyrights, as well as other rights to the recording, and that the recording and the performance (s) are unencumbered by third-party claims. In addition, he assures that he will observe the rights of all people who can be seen and heard on the recording, in particular the right to one’s own picture and other personal rights, and that all these persons agree to the uploading and use of this recording. This applies to all people who can be seen in the recordings, even if, for example, a person can only be recognized by chance in the background of the recording. In addition, the participant assures that the admission does not violate applicable law and does not trigger any other complaints. In particular, he is responsible for ensuring that the recording does not contain any pornographic, racist, otherwise offensive or illegal content and that it does not violate any copyrights or trademark rights. He will not use any clearly recognizable images of works, brands or labels protected by copyright in his recordings. Madebyiloua reserves the right to hide contributions.

i) Participation in the competition is free, with the exception of the transmission costs, which arise according to the tariff of your mobile phone or internet provider. There are no hidden follow-up costs.

3. Other provisions

a) madebyiloua assumes no liability for data loss, in particular during data transmission, and other technical defects.

b) Madebyiloua reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to false information, manipulation or the use of unauthorized aids.

c) There is no right of appeal.

d) Exclusive applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

e) Should any of these provisions be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected.

f) These conditions of participation can be changed by madebyiloua at any time without separate notification.

g) The competition has no connection to Instagram or Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram or Facebook. The organizer alone is the contact person and person responsible.
