How much are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are 4.99 euros.
When shipping within the European Union, the shipping costs are 13.39 euros. Shipping is possible to the following countries:

- France (except overseas territories and departments)
- Greece (except Mount Athos)

- Netherlands (except non-European areas)

- Sweden

- Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

When will my product be shipped?
Finished products from my shop are usually shipped 1-2 working days after full payment is received.
Products that have to be manufactured first are dispatched after they have been completed. A non-binding shipping date will be agreed individually before the purchase.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is usually between 3 and 5 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Shipping within the European Union may take longer.
The goods are shipped exclusively with DHL. After the goods have been dispatched, I will send an email with a tracking number. This can be used to trackwhere the goods are currently located.
